Acne is one of the most common skin issue that is faced by many of us. The usual time of breakout is teenage. Often, after teen age many of us do not get rid of acne. There are minor or may be major breakouts every now and then. There exists many reasons because of which we are not able to cure our acne. Some of these reasons are beyond our control and some can be manage by simple skincare routine. Some of us have acne throughout the year where a some of us will have it seasonally like me. It is a common skin condition that arises during teenage in both boys and gorls. However, boys have seen with severe acne cases. Our skin is made up of number of tiny holes called pores. These pores are sometimes blocked by oil, dirt , bacteria or dead skin. This blockage of pores causes pimples on the skin. If this condition continues to grow then your skin is subjected to acne.

Despite of the number of treatments available for the cure of this issue weather natural or pharamecutical. The most common solution is drinking optimim amount of water. The solution may sound simple but it is very effective.

The questions that strikes your mind now would be that how water helps acne?

Water have tendency of removing toxins and harmful bacyeria from the body. The drink boosts the glow on the skin and reduces aging. Water have ability to nourish and moisturize skin. It replenish the dead skin tissue and improves the elasticity of your skin.

However, the water consumption may varry from person to person. The consumption of your water intake should be optimum as eexcess water intake can be harmful for your body.If you are performing excessive exercise than quantity may increase. Other fluids like tea, coffee and fizzy drinks may contains small quantity of  water but are considered as diuretic which are not good for health.To reduce toxics and bacteria causing acne from your body you need to drink 1.6 liters of water i.e 8, 200ml glasses. This quantity may varry according to your daily tasks.
