HOW TO BE PRODUCTIVE IN QUARANTINE?

Depending on where you live right now, there are some guidelines and laws that you need to follow to limit the spread of novel coronavirus. According to The New York Times, 200 million Americans are asked to stay at home. This quarantine can be boring and tough for you people. However, these tough times can be converted into the most productive one.

Here are some tips that can help you to survive this quarantine time in a productive way.

1- LEARN NEW SKILL:

Instead of gazing into the screen wondering about productive things to do when you have free time on your hands, try to learn some new skills such as graphic designing, app development, video editing or photography.

2- READ:

A study suggests that people who engage their brain through activities such as reading, chess or puzzles maybe 2.5 times less prone to developing Alzheimer’s disease than those who don’t.

3- COOK:

Cooking as therapy effective because it encourages creativity. Cooking also makes people feel great about themselves because it’s a way for them to nurture others. For most dishes, there is also a sense of immediate gratification,

It also functions as a method for stressed-out users to focus on a task at hand, and feel satisfaction at completing a task.

4- EXERCISE:

Exercising has been shown to have mnay health benefits, both physically and mentally. It may even help you live longer. It is also proven wat to strengthen the immune system against viruses.

Thirty minutes of daily exercise can help you feel happier, help with weight loss, increase your energy level, reduce your risk of chronic diseases.
