Dubai is well known for its sky scrappers and uniquely designed buildings. Each building you take a look at has its own charm and persona. Whether it is the mighty Burj Khalifa or the meticulously designed Museum of The Future, there is no shortage of unique designs and concepts in the emirate. Dubai being home to thousands of sky scrappers is about to add one more to its list, the world’s largest hotel is being built in Dubai Marina. The Hotel is currently under construction and will be considered the world’s largest hotel upon completion.
The World’s tallest hotel Ciel is 360 meters tall and accommodates 1024 luxury suites. The tower has been designed by NORR and developed by The First Group (TFG). The hotel has been under construction since august 2019. The building which includes glass sculptures is inspired by vertical living. It is expected that the Worlds tallest hotel will open its door to visitors in August 2023.
The hotel in Dubai is located in the vicinity of the Marina, near all the major attractions such as the Marina Walk and Marina Mall shopping and entertainment complex. Also, the hotel is well-connected to public transport (Metro) in Dubai.
“We are extremely honoured to receive these prestigious awards for Ciel, Ciel is a remarkable project that will become a landmark in its own right, further enhancing Dubai’s reputation as one of the world’s great cities and tourism destinations. The ambition and character evident in Ciel’s striking design reflects our unique approach to developing quality hotels that strive to set a new benchmark for upper-midscale accommodation.” — Rob Burns, CEO of The First Group, while receiving the awards on behalf of the firm.
Once the hotel from the First Group is completed, it will be another major crown in the hospitality sector of Dubai. We wish the team behind the project all the best in making it a success.
