This diet does not include meat and poultry, dairy and eggs but it allows fish.

This diet includes poultry but does not includes meat,diary and fish
Vegan is also a type of vegetarian diet that exclude meat, poultry, fish, eggs and dairy products and foods that contain these products.

Like every other thing whether its related to our surroundings or is part of our personal life its affects us somehow. Similarly, the food we consume and the diet plan we follow affects our body. The transition to vegan may responds differently to ones body when compared with other person.
