GREEN JUICE

Apart from giving your skin smooth texture these natures bounty helps to boost your energy levels.

Green juice is a mixture of different healthy components. These natures bounty if picked fresh from market can provide with more nutritious value. The juice is rich in antioxidants including vitamins C and E which provides healthy and smooth skin.

The juice also used as a detox. It have tendency to eliminates toxins from the body that are responsible for cell damage in your body. The green leafy vegetables are the key source of amino acids. Amino acids are considered as the building block of your body. The deficiency of the amino acids causes insomnia, hair thinning and frequent colds.

It is suggested to use different variety of green vegetable in your juice because each of the vegetable have its own unique nutrition value.

To create this juice you will need,

1\2 kg kale

2 -3 stems of celery

1 apple

1 beetroot

1 carrot

1 kiwi

Peel apple, kiwi and beetroot. Add all the ingredients in the juicer and blend.  Once the juice is ready, consume it within an hour.

ENHANCE YOUR DRINK:

  • Add few drops of lemon to enhance the flavour.
