EXFOLIATING MANGO FACEMASK

Our skin tends to look dull and dark after some time. It is because of the dead cells that are being accumulated on the surface of skin. These dead cells can even result in blocked pores which further causes breakouts. The reason why dead cells are produced is quite simple, it is one of the natural process that as you grow old and your skin start showing effects of aging. The reason this happens is because as we grow older our skin produces less oil as the process of shedding dead skin slows down. Apart from being natural process the dead cell can be result of lack of proper cleansing, exfoliating and moisturizing. It can also result from the climates changes and sun exposure.

Here is a simple face mask that can help you to get rid of your dead skin cell. These ingredients are easily available in your kitchen and have remarkable skin benefits.

Mangoes are nature’s bounty that are enriched in number of nutrients that works wonders for skin. Having vitamin A in abundance which is considered as a strong anti-oxidant. It prevents acne and pimples. It is because of the presence of vitamin A mangoes have tendency to remove dead cells from skin.

Oatmeal works as a natural moisturizer that not only moisturizes your skin but also gives it a glowing and dewy look. The ingredient also have anti-oxidant properties that helps to cure the damage done by UV rays and other chemicals.

You will need these basic ingredients,

  • 1 tablespoon mango pulp
  • 2 teaspoons ground oatmeal

Wash your face with cleanser and pat it dry. Mix both the ingredients into the bowl till a mixture is formed. Gently apply the mixture on your face in circular motion. Leave the mixture on face for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse it with lukewarm water.
