The Miracle Garden is a flower-themed park in Dubai, UAE. It is one of the largest in the world with more than 150 million flowers and plants. Every season, the garden adds new flowers and plants to its collection.
The Miracle Garden was established in 2007 by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. It has been certified by the Guinness World Records three times since, first in 2016 for the world’s largest floral.
The Miracle Garden is a seasonal park that opens for a few months every year. It is one of the largest in the world with more than 150 million flowers and plants. Dubai’s Miracle Garden is set to open its doors to the public for the 11th season. This year, it will open from October 10th until March 2023.
For the first time, all of the installations will be revealed at once. The theme of this year’s building is “The City of Lights” and visitors can expect to see old favorites, such as the record-breaking Emirates A380 installation, the world’s tallest topiary structure forming the shape of Mickey Mouse and a giant floral teddy bear and new installations.
The full-size replica of an Emirates Airbus A380 was commissioned for the opening in 2016, and more than five million are used to create the mega plane.
In 2018, the Miracle Garden was certified as the world’s tallest topiary art. The park has a variety of plant life and is home to the world’s tallest Mickey Mouse topiary art – standing at 18 meters tall.
In 2019, Disney Avenue was built, and joining Mickey Mouse were eight other beloved characters including Minnie, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Goofy and Pluto. That installation was certified as the world’s largest topiary art and structure.
The Dubai Miracle Garden is a tourist attraction that offers visitors the chance to explore a lush landscape filled with flowers, trees and other plants. The garden is also home to live shows, as well as more than 30 food and drink outlets.
