NATURAL ACNE TREATMENT

Acne is a common issue for the people like me having sensitive skin. It is normal to have breakout and acne on the skin when exposed to excessive sunlight. Apart from sudden breakouts sun burn is another common issue faced by people with sensitive skin.

I have tried number of medications but none of them worked for me. The breakouts used to go away for one or two months but start to appear again after sometime. Sometimes these acne or breakouts leave marks behind that gives your skin an undesirable look.

Its easy to identify weather you have a sensitive skin or not. A sensitive skin is the one that shows irritated patches and redness by the majority of the products that are applied on it.

Almond oil consisting of vitamin E keeps your skin healthy and protects it from UV radition damage. The oil have potential to make skin look smooth, soft and free from fine lines. It also helps to restore the moisture of the skin.

Lavender oil helps to prevent redness caused by acne. The oilnhave tendency of healing and soothing skin because of its anti-inflammatory properties.

Tea-tree oil is widely known for its tendency to treat acne because of its anti-bacteria and anti-inflammatory properties. It is used to reduce redness, swelling and acne marks. Moreover the oil is considered to heal acne scars.

You will need,

• 10 drops almond oil
• 2 drops lavender oil
• 1 drop tea tree oil

Mix all the above oils. Apply oil to the acne and leave it for 15 minutes. Rinse the face with lukewarm water.
